Abi Harvey captures their tension beautifully, balancing heat with heart and allowing the romance to unfold naturally. Maisey is stubborn and fiery, while Otto hides his own wounds beneath all the wealth and confidence. Together, they spark in every scene.

The glamour of the Mediterranean setting is stunning, but what really drew me in was the emotional depth beneath it all. This is not just a story of money and temptation; it is about freedom, guilt and second chances.

Maisey’s inner conflict feels honest and raw, and I admired how she slowly takes back control of her life. The balance of high stakes passion and personal growth makes this book both escapist and heartfelt.

I read it over a weekend and could not put it down. It is fun, dramatic and beautifully written, with moments that made me laugh and others that completely melted my heart. The ending left me desperate for more.
