New year, New books πŸŽ‰πŸ“š

Starting 2026 exactly how I mean to go on.

New year, new books.

The new year has officially begun and I am starting it exactly how I plan to continue... surrounded by books and completely incapable of restraint.

These were all Christmas gifts and I am still not over how good this stack is.

Fresh pages, new stories and that familiar feeling of excitement that only a growing TBR can bring.

This feels like the perfect mix of comfort reads, emotional depth, intrigue and just enough darkness to keep things interesting.

Some of these have been on my wish-list for a long time and a few were lovely surprises that I cannot wait to sink into.

Books joining my shelf:

πŸ“– Nicola Angemi’s Anatomy Book

πŸ’¬ Nobody’s Girl by Virginia Roberts Giuffre

🀠 The Elsie Silver box set

πŸ–€ The Fall of the House of Usher by Edgar Allan Poe

πŸ•΅οΈ The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle

🧠 The Trauma Effect by Zetta Thomelin

πŸ‹ The Italy Letters by Vi Khi Nao

🦊 The Impossible Fortune by Richard Osman

🩸 One Armed Jack by Sarah Bax Horton

πŸ“± Anon Pls by Deuxmoi

🚒 A Night to Remember by Walter Lord

βš”οΈ Noughts and Crosses by Mallorie Blackman

πŸ”₯ The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas

It feels like the perfect way to step into a new year. A little reflective, a little chaotic and full of stories waiting to be discovered.
